The Webex Network Recording Player lets you play meetings, events, and training sessions that were recorded to your organization's Cisco Webex server and saved in Advanced Recording Format (ARF).

Meetings that contain video usually take up 250 MB of disk space per hour of recorded meeting time. Meetings that don’t contain video usually takes between 15 to 40 MB per hour of recorded meeting time. You can record a meeting up to 24 hours in length.
To record a video of your meeting you need a sound card, a microphone, a recording adapter, speakers, and an account on the Cisco Webex site you’re trying to record a meeting from. Most of the time the hardware that comes with your computer is suitable for recording meetings in Webex Meetings, Webex Events, and Webex Training.
Your system administrator sets up a given amount of storage space to use for meeting recordings. If you have reached the storage capacity for your account, then you might not be able to record more meetings until you delete some recordings, or your system administrator adds more storage space.

Install the Webex Network Recording Player
The first time that you download an .ARF recording from your Webex site, you are asked to download and install the Webex Network Recording Player to play the recording. However, if you have received a link to a Webex Meetings recording, you can select the link to stream and view the recording without downloading the Network Recording Player.
